New Laws!
On 10.17.2005, the newly created "Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005" quickly changed the previous laws of banktruptcy. Two new laws have been added that needs filing for bankruptcy.

1. Before applying for a bankruptcy, you need to receive a breifing on alternatives to bankruptcy with a US Trustee approved counseling service.
2. Before getting a bankruptcy discharge, consumers are now required to finish an instructional course that concerns pesronal financial management from a US Trustee approved consultants.
